I have done everything any forum has said and more. It always happens after update, and like myself everyone goes through and makes sure the system they are on is fine. I didn't have this problem until you updated and from reading many topics on this pre this patch and post.
But if a wide base of people are having the issue I would stop seeing what they have going on as the same issue is EA servers. Now I may trouble shoot complex issues for a living, I don't on PC. So don't get fooled by either clueless answers or bad "solutions". If the problem is "the game installation", then how come I enter the gamer at times and other I can't?įew months ago I had the same problem after recent patch and was asked to check file integrity, the result - it reinstalled the game, 19 GB, and nothing changed, game still didn't enter, til few hours later when they fixed things. no info there will help you get in a problematic server after a bad patch. I promise you.Īnd when asked to send dxdiag, there is simply no connection what so ever. Some people just gets lucky sometimes game enter straight after they did something, and they think its cuz they "fixed it".
You can check apex server status and see it spikes in the same time for most.Ĭheck the pic, it shows you how at night (fewer people) all is fine, then during the day the spikes starts. My game for example sometimes connect sometimes don't and this happens in exact correlation and times with other people not being able to connect. This issue happen every update in different formats, and then resolved ! The problem is on their side and their servers ! There is nothing wrong with you computer or your connection ! DO NOT REINSTALL THE GAME! Let me be clear, since I see most people still don't get it :
